Don't scroll popup header

Under header I mean add, sync and wand buttons, search field and sorting combo.
So when there are many links then only they will scroll, not header.

Works well though I'd make it in other way.
It seems that header has position: fixed/absolute/relative set. And scrollbar is on the right from header which looks weird.
Instead I'd not used position=fixed/absolute/relative but placed links into container with max-height property set and overflow-y: scroll

Therefore scrollbars appeared only on the right from link list instead of covering header as well.
